For staff: here's a handy tip:
If you clear a paper jam in one of our big printers and you are still getting an error, there is a hidden place that isn't very obvious to clear paper jams from. We will show how to remove a paper jam from that place when all else fails.
Step 1: Opening the Paper Drawers

Pull the both Drawers (Have to pull both drawers. Drawer 3 won't open unless 4 is open also.)
Step 2: Pulling B1 (Paper Feed Unit)

Pull the label B1 carefully towards you. (It may be a bit tough to pull.)
Step 3: Lifting up B2 in order to Remove Paper Jam.

Place your fingers by the B2 label and gently lift the cover. (It won't stay up unless hold-on to)

Take the Paper Out of the Feed Unit. (While holding the cover.)
