While printing on a Mac, you might see your job stuck in the queue with the message 'Waiting for Authentication' instead of 'Printing - Accepting'.
Solution:
- Open your Keychain Access app. You can get there by searching for Keychain Access in Spotlight.
- Click on 'Login' under the Keychains section.
- Click on 'Passwords' under the Category section.
- Search for the entry named 'PAPERCUT-PP\Find Me (B&W)' (Or PAPERCUT-PP\Find Me (Color)).
- Right click on the entry and click Delete.
- Print the document again.
- You will be prompted for a user name and password. Please make sure you enter your Ursuline user name and password.
