While printing on a Mac, you might see your job stuck in the queue with the message 'Waiting for Authentication' instead of 'Printing - Accepting'.

Solution:

  1. Open your Keychain Access app. You can get there by searching for Keychain Access in Spotlight.
  2. Click on 'Login' under the Keychains section.
  3. Click on 'Passwords' under the Category section.
  4. Search for the entry named 'Find-me_BW' (Or 'Find-me_Color').
  5. Right click on the entry and click Delete.
  6. Print the document again.
  7. You will be prompted for a user name and password. Please make sure you enter your Ursuline user name and password.
