In some instances, you send a document from your personal device successfully. However, when you scan your card (or login) to release the job, the printer doesn't release any documents.
Solution 1:
- Wait 1 to 3 minutes and swipe your card again. Sometimes the print job you sent might take a little longer to reach our servers.
- If you don't see your documents queued after you wait for 1 to 3 minutes, log-in to the print system portal and see if the print jobs are in the queue. Please see 'How to log-in to Print System Portal (PaperCut)' in the related articles.
Solution 2:
- Check your account balance. Your account might not have the sufficient funds to cover the cost of the printing. Your balance is posted on the summary screen in the Print System Portal. Please see 'How to log-in to Print System Portal (PaperCut)' in the related articles.
