Step 1 - Print from an Ursuline Computer:

Printing from Microsoft Word (or any other office product):

  1. Open the desired Office document.
  2. Click on the 'File' button.
  3. Click the 'Print' button.
  4. Select one of the preloaded printers under the 'Printer' list.
    1. Find-Me_BW is selected by default and will print in Black and White only.
    2. Find-Me_Color will print in color.
  5. By default, both printers are set to print on both sides of the page (Duplex). If you need to print single sided (Simplex), change the "Print on both sides" setting to "Print One Sided".
  6. Click Print.
  7. Next, you will need to release your prints. Please 'Step 2 - Release your prints at a printer' section below.

Printing from Other Applications (We will use Adobe Reader as an example):

  1. Open the desired document in Adobe Reader (or other application).
  2. Click on the 'File' button.
  3. Click on the 'Print' button.
  4. Choose the desired printer from the list of available printers.
    1. Find-Me_BW is selected by default and will print in Black and White only.
    2. Find-Me_Color will print in color.
  5. By default, both printers are set to print on both sides of the page (Duplex). If you need to print single sided (Simplex), un-check the 'Print on both sides of paper' check box located in the middle of the 'Print' screen.
  6. Click Print.
  7. Next, you will need to release your prints. Please 'Step 2 - Release your prints at a printer' section below.

 

Step 2 - Release your prints at a printer

Release prints using my Ursuline ID

All of our printers are designed to release your prints using your Ursuline ID.

  1. Identify the desired printer.
  2. Tap your badge at the labeled area (We will post pictures of the labeled area shortly).
  3. You will see a message on the printer that says "# of jobs released" and the printer should start printing immediately.

Release prints without my Ursuline ID

Some of our printers support releasing your prints without your Ursuline ID. Below are the pictures of the models that support such feature.

  1. Identify the desired printer.
  2. Tap on the 'Username' box and enter your Ursuline Username. Click OK to go back to the main screen.
  3. Tap on the 'Password' box and enter your Ursuline Password. Click OK to go back to the mail screen.
  4. Tap on the 'Log in' button.
