Windows
- Make sure you are connected to the Arrows Wi-Fi network. See related articles on how to do that!
- Download the Mobility Print client from the following link: http://papercut.com/products/ng/mobility-print/download/client/windows/
- Start the installation by double clicking on the downloaded EXE file. The file is normally named 'pc-mobility-print-printer-setup-x.x.xxx.exe'.
- On the 'Select Setup Language' screen, choose a language and click 'OK'.
- On the 'License Agreement' screen, check the 'I accept the agreement' button - only if you agree to accept the agreement - and click 'Next'.
- The setup box will look for available printers. Two printers should show up in the list:
- Find-Me_BW [PRINT01]
- Find-Me_Color [PRINT01]
- On the 'Printer selection' screen, select either - or both - printer(s) and click 'Next'.
- On the 'Your network login' screen, enter your Ursuline user name and password. This is the same password for your MyUrsuline, E-mail, and Desire2Learn.
- Once the installation process is finished, click 'Finish'.
Mac
- Make sure you are connected to the Arrows Wi-Fi network. See related articles on how to do that!
- Click on the Apple logo on the top left of the screen.
- Select 'System Preferences' from the menu.
- Select 'Printers and Scanners'.
- Click on the 'Plus' (+) sign on the bottom left of the 'Printers and Scanners' window.
- Select Find-Me_BW or Find-Me_Color and click 'Add'. (You can only add one printer at a time)
- At this point, the printer is all set. When you try to print your first document, you will be prompted to enter your Ursuline user name and password.
- Note: It is very important to double check the user name pre-filled in the user name field. It will normally have your Mac user name. Please change that to your Ursuline user name. If you put your Ursuline password with the wrong user name, the box will still accept your credentials. However, your print job will be stuck and will never make it to the printer. For more information on how to fix this, please see the related article 'Mobility Printing Known Issues and Solutions'.
